All for Africa takes a collaborative approach to poverty reduction by working with the private sector to foster projects that generate economic and social benefits in the communities in which they are located. Programs focus on agriculture, livelihood creation, community health, education and skills training, clean water, energy, environmental impact, and microfinancing. In addition, All for Africa promotes collaborative conversation and education amongst all stakeholders including private sector, NGOs and civic organizations.


Every $20 pledged to the AFA runners will plant one Palm Oil Tree as part of All for Africa's Palm Out Poverty (POP) Initiative in Western Africa. This agricultural program directly benefits the communities where the palm trees are growing through the creation of 700 agricultural jobs, increased infrastructure, enterprise development and habitat preservation. In addition, POP generates long-term streams of revenue through the production and sale of palm oil to support All for Africa's additional programs on the continent. One $20 pledge will create $700 in additional funding over the next 35 years!
